? Become our new Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer you will collaborate with product, data science, Dev
Ops and cloud teams to design, develop and maintain
- cycle applications (front-end to
- end) — with the opportunity to work with AI/LLM features. You’ll build resilient, scalable systems and have meaningful impact on product quality and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop rich, interactive
- end applications using React. js (or similar), focusing on performance, maintainability and user experience. - Build

API) — implementing clean APIs, business logic and data flows. - Participate in deploying and operating in cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure) — including infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring and logging.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (such as chatbots, embedding search, generative features) into
- stack solutions. - Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, secure, maintainable and
- tested. - Collaborate
- functionally with product managers, data scientists, Dev
Ops engineers to deliver
- quality features. - Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews and continuous improvement (less formal mentoring than Lead role, but still supporting peers).
- Stay current with
- stack, cloud, AI/LLM trends and help evaluate how they can be leveraged in our context.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of full stack engineering experience building production systems.
- Strong
- end skills: React. js (or equivalent), component design, state‑management, user‑centric interfaces. - Proven back‑end proficiency in either. NET (C#) or Python (Fast
API) — comfortable writing clean, well‑tested APIs. - Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred) and familiarity with cloud services.
- Hands‑on experience or strong eagerness to work with Dev
Ops: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar), automation, monitoring. - Experience or interest in AI/LLM integration (embedding search, generative features, conversational interfaces).
- Strong collaboration skills — you enjoy working in cross‑disciplinary teams and communicating technical ideas clearly.
- A problem‑solving mindset, ownership of your work from design through deployment.
- Good communication skills in English.
