We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering
- based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments, as well as strong
- writing skills.

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using
  - based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT
• Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence base and best practice
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both
  - person and virtually
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement
  - centered treatment plans
• Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crises, and provide crisis interventions
• Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes
• Maintain accurate and

  - date client records by professional and legal standards
• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities
• Ability to provide
  - office hour care (Monday to Friday 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm). Occasional night and weekend shifts depending on client requirements
  
  
  

• A Mestrado em Psicologia (integrated 5-year program: 3-year licenciatura + 2-year mestrado) is required
• A mandatory professional internship (Estágio) of approximately 1, 500-1, 600 hours is required after graduation
• Registration is through the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses upon successful completion of the internship
• Expertise in individual and group facilitation
• Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content
• Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crises
• Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists)
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering
  - based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality
• Must be able to conduct virtual and
  - person sessions at Intellect's office location or our partnered client's location
• Good to have: Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
