WHO ARE WE?
An international company in the unique field of knowledge sharing for businesses. Launched in ****, Xperts Council's clients include prestigious investment funds, five of the seven largest international strategy consulting firms, and corporate organizations.
Xperts Council opened a subsidiary in Porto in August ****, where the majority of its Project Managers are located.
It is the French leader in a new and rapidly expanding sector of "knowledge brokerage" with 40% of its business coming from international markets.
OUR BUSINESS
Our mission is to build bridges between experts, generally CXOs or former Management Executives, and our clients who are looking for high quality sector information to make their strategic decisions (purchase of a company, diversification, best practices, etc).
OUR JOB
We find the best industry experts in all types of markets (bio-cement in Europe, mattresses in Nigeria, contactless payments in Asia, etc. ) within 24 hours, and across the globe, so they can talk to our clients about their sector and developments.
Our clients conduct telephone interviews directly with our experts (mostly current or former business leaders) and gather unique information from ***** years of experience in these markets that can influence their strategic decisions and even build a better future for their company.
THE POSITION
A comprehensive position combining customer relations and business analysis.
As a Consultant at Xperts Council, you will independently conduct research to find experts for key missions. Xperts Council will train you to work on global projects with demanding clients.
You will gradually progress, entering direct contact with the client, challenging their brief before conducting sector analysis, and launching your search for experts. You are responsible for identifying suitable profiles, contacting them for relevance, and convincing them to participate in a consultation with our clients.
You must present them concisely and impactfully to the client within a very short timeframe (<48 hours) and in a competitive environment.
Eventually, you may lead
- known client accounts, developing them in the Private Equity sector, Strategy Consulting space, or other Corporate organizations.

Required Profile
- Business schools or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in the corporate world, in
- facing positions - Advanced level of English (C1 minimum) and a second language
- Eligibility to work in the EU without a VISA requirement
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships
- Multitasking, organization, tenacity, and creative thinking
- Problem solving and ability to see the bigger picture
- Sense of delivering quality results and high client satisfaction (we're Premium)
