Brunch and Bites – Graça is a vibrant and cozy restaurant in Lisbon, known for our creative brunch dishes, friendly atmosphere, and
- quality service. We are now seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team and bring their creativity to the bar.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Contract: Employment contract provided

Salary: Negociable

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency and flair
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Suggest and develop new drink recipes to complement our menu
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender or mixologist (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Professional attitude, creativity, and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
