What do you need to be a SMART FULLSTACK DEVELOPER / TEAM LEADER?

• 5+ years of experience in software development (senior level)
• Strong experience with Type
  Script and/or Java
  Script
• Experience working with React
• Experience with Hono framework or proven experience with Express. Js and willingness to learn Hono
• Experience leading teams, mentoring and supporting
• Strong communication skills and proactive leadership mindset
• Fluent English

? Nice to have:

• Previous experience in product companies, especially Saa
  S or digital platforms
• Experience building digital products for industrial or Io
  T-driven businesses
• Experience with backend development using modern frameworks
• Understanding of scalable architectures and
  - grade systems

What will you be doing?

• Lead a development team and guide technical direction
• Work on digital products for various industry sectors
• Contribute to the restructuring and expansion of teams after recent investment funding
• Build and maintain software products with modern JS/TS stacks
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver
  - quality digital solutions
