Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced Dev
Ops/Fullstack Developers to join our dynamic teams. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Java, React, and AWS, with
- on experience in CI/CD, Datadog, and observability practices. A proactive and independent approach to analyzing existing services and implementing configuration changes is crucial. Ideal candidates are fast learners with a strong sense of ownership, capable of mentoring others and enhancing the team's observability maturity.

Main Responsibilities

• Accelerate migration to Datadog, focusing on alarms and dashboards.
• Analyze existing services and make configuration changes independently.
• Ensure compliance with environment policies and service rulebooks.
• Contribute to

  - end testing efforts.
• Mentor team members to improve knowledge and practices in observability.
• Support the team in maintaining a stable foundation for technical availability.
• Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate to enhance the availability roadmap.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dev
  Ops/Fullstack Developer.
• Proficiency in Java, React, and AWS.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Datadog and observability tools.
• Strong mentoring and
  - sharing skills.
• Ability to work independently in analyzing and improving services.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Argo Rollout.
• Knowledge of service monitoring and alerting methodologies.
• Previous experience in
