The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing management software via AI innovation. Our goal is to seamlessly incorporate AI features into our products, enhancing functionality and user experience or redesigning workflows to leverage AI technology fully.

Role Objectives

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on our AI team, you will be pivotal in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with researchers, data scientists, and engineers, you will create innovative AI applications, utilizing your expertise in frontend and backend development to build robust,
- friendly AI products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop AI-Driven Applications: Design and build
   - stack applications using modern Java
   Script frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and backend technologies like. NET (C#) and Python.
2. AI Integration and Optimization: Incorporate AI/ML models, including NLP and Generative AI, into applications, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.
3. API and Microservices Design: Create APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities, working with SQL, No
   SQL, and vector databases.
4. Cloud Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy solutions in Azure, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
5. Collaborative Innovation: Work with AI researchers, data scientists, Dev
   Ops, and product teams, staying updated with technological advancements.
6. Full-Stack Development: Demonstrate extensive experience with frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
7. AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI/ML models using Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, Langchain, and understand generative AI concepts.
8. Database and API Skills: Manage database modeling and performance, develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
