Fullstack Developer - Node and React Lisboa

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of service issues and new developments, driving them to resolution/delivery, and keeping the Tech Lead & Product Owner informed throughout the process;
• Contributing via an active participation to a small team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of new features and enhancements for the Secure GPT service;
• Developing new functions around Secure GPT Web usage;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in Web Operations processes and procedures, particularly in tasks automation and customer service delivery, and driving the implementation of these improvements;
• Resolving any Web-related issues to ensuring seamless user experience and high service availability;
• Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to the Secure GPT service;
• Collaborating with the broader Secure GPT international team to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders;
• Defining and implementing KPIs and metrics to monitor product usage and user behavior, enabling
  - driven insights and continuous improvement.

• Javascript development (Next

• Expertise in API operations and management;
• Monitoring resources on Azure;
• Expertise with Azure API application;
• Expertise of Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C);
• Proficiency in creating, implementing, and maintaining scripts to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and support operational processes;
• Javascript development (Node. js) for the backend;
• Fullstack vision.

• Terraform and/or Bicep for automatic infra deployment;

• Monitoring tools;
• Expertise in operational roles (3-5 years), focusing on Web Application;
• Features Development within Azure;
