What you are going to do?

• Design, implement, and maintain robust backend services using Node. Js and modern frameworks;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers working with React to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance;
  
  
  
  
• Work withcloud-native architectures, designing APIs and services that scale efficiently;
  
  
  
  
• Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes—developers are empowered to own their
  -
  - end delivery;
  
  
  
  
• Contribute to architecture decisions and lead technical discussions within the team;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation;
  
  
  
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments;
  
  
  
  
• Mentor and support other developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on backend development;
  
  
  
  
• Expertise in Node. Js, including knowledge of best practices for performance, security, and scalability;
  
  
  
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Graph
  QL (optional but a plus), and microservices;
  
  
  
  
• Familiarity with React and its integration with backend systems;
  
  
  
  
• Experience withcloud platforms (e. G. , AWS, GCP, or Azure);
  
  
  
  
• Comfortable managing CI/CD pipelines, with a Dev
  Ops mindset;
  
  
  
  
• Strong experience with databases (SQL and/or No
  SQL);
  
  
  
  
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of driving solutions from concept to deployment;
  
  
  
  
• Excellentcommunication skills and a collaborative spirit;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in
  English.
