What Youll do

• Design and develop scalable, highly available, and resilient microservices and web applications when required;
• Translate business product ideas into deployable code using modern technologies and standards;
• Drive and support architectural decisions, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements;
• Integrate internal and external applications via synchronous and asynchronous interfaces (REST, g
  RPC, Kafka);
• Manage and optimize data persistence, leveraging Managed Database Services when applicable;
• Develop
  - native applications using Amazon and Microsoft cloud services;
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align technical and business needs;
• Mentor and support developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent training;
• Several years of experience in software development with a proven track record leading technical initiatives;
• Expertise in Java 17+ and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut;
• Strong experience designing and building horizontally scalable microservices architectures;
• Proficiency in REST-based API design;
• Solid knowledge of multithreading and concurrency management;
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for stream processing;
• Experience with Mongo
  DB and efficient No
  SQL schema design;
• Deep understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes);
• Experience with
  - native application design using AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Previous experience in agile, CI/CD-enabled,
  - first environments;
• Good knowledge of Java
  Script/Type
  Script/Redux/CSS is a plus;
• Open to learning and using new technologies and languages (e. g. , Node. js, React, Angular);
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
