Profile:

• Degree in Computer or Information Sciences (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in software development and technical leadership
• Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of microservices, concurrency, and Kafka
• Experience with Mongo
  DB, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD, agile environments, and frontend tech (JS/TS/Redux/CSS)
• Open mindset and willingness to explore new technologies
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop resilient microservices and web applications
• Translate product ideas into deployable code using modern tech stacks
• Drive architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate systems via REST, g
  RPC, and Kafka
• Optimize data persistence using managed database services
• Build
  - native solutions with AWS and Azure
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to align tech with business
• Mentor developers and uphold code quality standards
• Work in a stable, international, agile environment with hybrid flexibility
