Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• A solid ability to ensure the reliable and secure operation of AWS‑hosted systems, including analyzing and resolving incidents, applying patches, and maintaining system stability.
• Experience building new features independently as well as through collaborative practices such as pair or mob programming.
• Hands‑on experience deploying software through CI/CD pipelines (ideally with Git
  Hub Actions) and continuously improving automation and workflow efficiency.
• A strong commitment to clean code principles, software craftsmanship, test automation, and TDD.
• The ability to contribute to architecture and system design discussions and document technical decisions using ADRs.
• Experience supporting production systems, including 3rd‑level support responsibilities.
• Interest in contributing to a long‑term modernization journey, supporting the phased migration from a legacy system with the goal of full decommissioning within two years.
• Experienced with Kotlin and Spring Boot, running services on AWS (ECS, networking & security), using Terraform for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines in Git
  Hub Actions, following TDD, and valuing clean, maintainable code.
• Possibly familiar with Kafka, Mongo
  DB Atlas, Gradle, and enjoying collaboration using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git
  Hub. Knowledge of React and secure coding practices such as OWASP Top 10 is a plus.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
