About The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing web applications and landing pages using modern frontend technologies (Java
  Script, Type
  Script, CSS).
• Build and optimize integrations with marketing tools and platforms (e. g. , analytics, CRM, A/B testing, attribution, automation, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Appsflyer, conversion tools).
• Contribute to backend systems using Scala, supporting data pipelines, APIs, and marketing automation workflows.
• Work within the Growth team to implement features that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and responsive design across all marketing touchpoints.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance and conversion metrics.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay current with marketing technology trends and recommend new tools or approaches.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of frontend development experience: Expert in Java
  Script, Type
  Script, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
• At least 3 years of backend experience: Java, Scala or Kotlin.
• Proven experience integrating marketing tools: Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Segment, Hub
  Spot, Braze, or similar marketing technologies.
• Strong understanding of web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced,
  - functional, and remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with
  - side rendering and static site generators.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in a Saa
  S or consumer technology company.
• Understanding of marketing concepts such as conversion optimization, attribution modeling, and user segmentation.
