How You’ll Make Impact

• Providing technical guidance and coaching to engineers.
• Ensuring that good engineering practices are applied in daily work.
• As a part of a Scrum team, further develop modern web applications, cloud architecture, CI/CD pipeline, and diverse API landscape, creating high‑quality solutions while adapting to customer requirements.
• Pay attention to clean code, a clean structure, good performance, and sensible test coverage.
• Directly communicate with customers and guide them and the team toward success.

What Is Important To Us

• At least 5 years of experience in software development with Java
  Script/Type
  Script.
• Strong experience with backend framework Node. js and frontend framework React.
• Experience with Azure Cloud platforms.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgre
  SQL).
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and unit tests (e. g. , Vitest/Jest).
• Experience in a distributed, agile team setup, good understanding of Scrum concepts.
• Ability to apply and force architectural and design patterns.
• Experience in coaching of junior team members.
• Experience in visualizing software architecture and CI/CD.
• Experience with Nest
  JS is a strong plus.
• Experience in requirements engineering.
• Experience in logistics/e‑commerce industry.
