Fullstack Engineer Lisboa

Pleo is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join its Product-Led Acquisition team. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will develop and scale new features and be part of the team responsible for the company's website.

About the Role

The successful candidate will build and ship
-
- end user experiences, work across the full stack, and contribute to the full lifecycle of features. You will also improve the core of the growth platform, uphold and improve code quality, and collaborate with the team on architecture and design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship
  -
  - end user experiences that help new users get started.
• Embrace a
  - driven, experimental approach and participate in A/B tests and feature flags.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of features, from planning to release, and work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Improve the core of the growth platform and enhance performance, reliability, and SEO/AEO of key pages.
• Uphold and improve code quality, contribute to the shared component library, and participate in thoughtful code reviews.

Requirements

• Professional experience building for the web, with a few years of experience as a software engineer.
• A solid
  - end foundation, with proficiency in Type
  Script and
  - on experience with React.
• Curiosity about the full stack, with some experience or strong interest in the backend.
• A
  - focused mindset, with enjoyment of working closely with designers and product managers.
• As a bonus, experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, improving Core Web Vitals, or
  - page SEO.
