The Role: Fullstack Java + React or Angular Developer

? Location: Lisbon

? ? Work Model: 4 days in the office (in the 1st quarter), then is 3 days a week onsite

? ? Sector: Financial Services

? Languages: English (B2 - C1) – French is a plus

? Recruitment Process:

• ⏱ Initial interview (~40 minutes)
• ? Two
  - depth interview sessions (~3 hours each)

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

? ? Your Profile

- Strong background in backend development with Java

- Solid experience building modern frontends with React

- Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean architecture

- Hands-on experience with Spring, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases

- Comfortable designing and consuming RESTful APIs

- Experience with BPM /
- driven applications is a strong plus

- Interest in Dev

- React (with modern Java

- CI/CD pipelines (Maven, JUnit, Bamboo or equivalent)

- Cloud environments

⚙ What You Will Be Doing (Concrete responsibilities)

- Develop and deliver production-ready features as part of Scrum teams

- Design, implement, and evolve Java-based backend services

- Build responsive and maintainable React user interfaces

- Integrate frontend and backend through well-designed APIs

- Develop and configure business workflows and rules

- Maintain and enhance existing workflow solutions
