We are looking for a Full
Stack Software Developer (Java & Angular) to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model.

Work Model:

• Hybrid model with
  - site presence 2 days per WEEK for professionals living up to 70 km from the Lisbon office
• Hybrid model with
  - site presence 2 days per MONTH for professionals living more than 70 km away

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with architects and systems analysts to understand requirements and contribute to solution design
• Design and develop new features and enhancements with a
  - stack approach , using Angular and Java
• Build scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions
• Organize, prioritize, and manage development tasks effectively
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best development practices
• Support the technical evolution and mentoring of junior team members (for mid/senior profiles)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tools, and development processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience in
  - oriented programming and solid knowledge of Java
• Experience with Angular and modern Java
  Script frameworks
• Knowledge of Spring Framework ;
  
  
  
  experience with Quarkus and Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with APIs, microservices /
  - frontends , and
  - driven architectures
• Good understanding of relational databases ( My
  SQL and SQL Server )
• Experience using Git and Maven
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience leveraging Gen
  AI tools (e. G. , Claude Code) while maintaining strong analytical and critical thinking
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for clean,
  - structured code
• Strong team spirit, initiative, and communication skills
• Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
• Good spoken Portuguese & English
