We are seeking a Java Fullstack Software Developer to join our team. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining
- volume,
- latency Java/backend applications, contributing to all development phases, and ensuring high performance and availability. The role requires writing efficient, testable code, conducting analysis, testing, debugging, and complying with design specifications. Active participation in our backend communities is expected.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar, or equivalent proven experience.
• At least 4 years of software development experience with a backend focus.
• Over 1 year of experience developing user interfaces as a full stack developer.
• Over 1 year of experience with CI/CD tools like Git or Maven.
• More than 2 years of experience with SQL and/or No
  SQL databases.
• Over 3 years of experience in OOP software development and patterns.
• Experience working in international teams.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in microservice architecture.
• English proficiency at B2 level; German is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality and openness to continuous learning.
• Focus on delivering
  - quality software, collaborative mindset, Design Thinking, and agile development.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English; German is advantageous.
