- quality software, thrives in modern cloud environments, and is comfortable working deeper on the backend. If you want to work in a
- moving environment, on impactful products used daily in factories around the world, this is for you. What You Will Do
You will work across both legacy and
- generation systems (with most focus on the new architecture), owning backend development while contributing across the stack when needed. Your main responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily in Node. Js / Typescript, and occasionally in Java or Go- Contribute to frontend development when needed (React and React Native)- Evolve our Io
T ingestion pipelines using AWS Io
T Core, MQTT, Redis, Bull
MQ- Build new features on top of our modern architecture and support the gradual modernization of existing
- Work with databases including Postgre
SQL, and occasionally My
SQL and Mongo
DB, designing scalable schemas and efficient
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical

- Contribute to our growing AI Agent ecosystem by integrating backend services with LLM-based workflows and internal MCP
- Help improve our Dev
Ops, CI/CD, and observability capabilities

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills- 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack or Backend Software Engineer- Strong experience with Node. Js / Typescript and willingness to work with other languages when
- Solid understanding of relational databases (Postgre
SQL or My
SQL)- Experience building REST APIs and/or
- driven
- Comfortable contributing across the stack when
- Good knowledge of cloud
- Familiarity with queues, messaging systems, or
- time data
- Ability to write clean, maintainable,
- tested
- Strong
- solving mindset and autonomy
Nice-to-Have- Experience with Io
T protocols (MQTT)- Hands-on experience with Redis, Bull
MQ, Rabbit
MQ, or Node-RED- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Air
Flow, or DBT- Experience integrating AI or LLM-based
- Experience with React or similar
- Prior experience modernizing legacy
- Understanding of software security best practices
