We are looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead experienced in Python (Django) and React to join a international project with our partner in France:

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.

• Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Functional understanding of the product and business curiosity.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage priorities.

• Ability to initially 'do' and progressively evolve towards 'make-do' management.

• Professional fluency in spoken and written English (French is a plus).

Tech Environment:

• Architecture: Microservices.

• Frontend: React / Material UI / Tailwind CSS.

• Backend: Python Django.

• Database: Postgre
SQL.

• Cloud: Azure.

• Dev
Ops: CI-CD Git
Hub / Azure Dev
Ops / Terraform.

• ETL: Talend.

• Project Management: Jira.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to development (frontend with React, backend with Python/Django).

• Technically lead the team based in Portugal.

• Serve as the key point of contact for other teams (CTO, developers, PO, etc. ).

• Understand the functional challenges of the end client.

• Drive team dynamics, delivery quality, and deadlines.

• Occasionally travel to France.
