Your Role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team working on a challenging project in the public healthcare sector. The role will focus primarily on requirements analysis and management, contributing to scalable and
- performance digital platforms that support essential healthcare services.

Your Profile

• Academic Background: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business/functional analysis;
• Experience in Healthcare Business;
• Proficiency in modeling languages/notations (UML and BPMN);
• Experience in system functional specifications and documentation;
• Knowledge of platforms like Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and/or Azure;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban);
• Fluency in Portuguese.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders;
• Prepare and maintain requirements documentation.
