Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. Responsibilities include:
- Applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
- Being responsible for the development and application of software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Exercising original thought and judgment, and supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Building skills and expertise within the software engineering discipline to meet standard role expectations, as defined in Professional Communities.
- Collaborating effectively with other software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.
YOUR ROLE
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team for a challenging project in the public healthcare sector. The role focuses on requirements analysis and management, contributing to scalable and
- performance digital platforms supporting essential healthcare services.
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic background: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business/functional analysis.
- Experience in Healthcare Business.
- Proficiency in modeling languages/notations (UML and BPMN).
- Experience in system functional specifications and documentation.
- Knowledge of platforms like Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban).
- Fluency in Portuguese.

- Gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain requirements documentation.
