Functional Analyst (m/f) Lisboa

We're looking for a Functional Analyst (m/f) who knows English, is motivated, responsible, and reliable. You must be proactive, able to work as part of a team, and adapt to different environments and situations. We are looking for someone with good communication and organizational skills, who is passionate and motivated to achieve quality results.

About the role:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to manage expectations and deal with challenging situations constructively
• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques, including interviewing, identifying actors, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems
• Knowledge of process design (BPMN) and data modeling at the logical and conceptual levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power
  Point) and Power Designer
