Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Participate in the configuration, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new ERP systems across various areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales B2B, Projects, and HR.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, document system updates, prepare configuration changes, and validate system performance.
• Interact with key business users to gather requirements, translate them into ERP functionalities, and provide
  - level troubleshooting while escalating complex issues.
• Maintain process documentation and configuration records, ensuring adherence to internal governance and compliance standards.

? About you

• Hold a degree in Management Informatics, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar.
• You have 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Primavera, Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar.
• You possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• You are experienced in conducting workshops, interviews, and documenting use cases, and are familiar with system configuration and functional testing.
• You display excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and have a good working knowledge of English.
