About the Role

We are seeking a Functional Analyst / QA Engineer with strong expertise in functional requirements gathering, quality assurance, and digital platform testing. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring
- quality software delivery across web and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and create user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Plan, design, and execute manual, regression, exploratory, and API tests to validate software quality.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and integration testing.
• Document requirements and test results using Jira and Confluence.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and monitor CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI).
• Report, track, and prioritize bugs; collaborate with technical teams to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Functional Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Agile environments and continuous integration processes.
• Experience in digital payments,
  - commerce, or mobile platforms is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Web Development, or related field.
