Responsabilities:

• Conduct requirement analysis and manage projects from discovery to delivery.
• Draft and manage functional and technical specifications, including RFPs
• Work closely with technical and architecture teams to ensure functional alignment.
• Contribute to functional architecture design and interface with stakeholders.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• Proven experience in public sector procurement processes and tender document creation.
• Strong knowledge of functional architecture.
• Technical background is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese
