Functional Analyst (Portugal – Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst to join a collaborative and
- paced team in Portugal.

If you enjoy understanding business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements, and ensuring successful delivery, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end users
• Document functional and
  - functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to clarify business rules and processes
• Produce functional specifications, use cases, BPMN diagrams, and wireframes with the support of UX/UI tools
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Support testing and validation phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Update and maintain all documentation to reflect evolving business rules or functionalities
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely,
  - quality delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst
• Experience creating functional documentation, use cases, and test cases
• Proficiency with Jira (mandatory) and Confluence (nice to have)
• Strong communication, analytical, and
  - solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver regular milestones
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Based in Portugal, with availability for hybrid work (2 days per week
  - site)
