What are we looking for?

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field;

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI roles, with strong exposure to data operations, governance, or enablement;

- Proven adoptionof a

- driven perspective applied to Data analytics;

- Experience with
SQL, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/data pipeline development;

- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred), with understanding of data visualization governance and scalability;

- Hands-on experience with data and analytics platforms (e. g. , Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar);

- Experience contributing to or leading the implementation of metrics frameworks (e. g. , V2MOM, OKRs, KPI-based models);

- Solid understanding of Data

Ops and Analytics

Ops principles, and how to apply them to

- world analytics delivery;

- Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and enforce analytics governance standards across multidisciplinary teams;

- Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and operational needs into sustainable technical solutions;

- A resilient, persistent, and motivated attitude — able to lead by example and influence through credibility and consistency;

- Experience managing by influence across data teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability;

- Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
