ABP is looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. This professional will be responsible for understanding requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and specification in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Analyze and map business processes, workflows, and system interactions using BPMN 2. 0 .
• Design and document functional solutions aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation .
• Perform functional testing to validate solutions against requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support process improvement and solution optimization initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid experience in process analysis, optimization, and solution design .
• Knowledge of databases , particularly SQL .
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools (highly valued).
• Good English skills , both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication, and
  - solving skills.
