What You'll do

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with functional teams.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
• Validate solutions with stakeholders and support functional testing activities.
• Monitor and optimize team workflow and delivery pipeline.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
• Work in hybrid model.

What You Are

• +2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Empathy and active listening to accurately understand business needs.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and organized.
• Commitment to rigorous documentation and tracking of project deliverables.
