Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of a mobile banking application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to
- solving.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and enhance the functionalities and user experience of the mobile app.
2. Identify and propose improvements, new features, and actively participate in error analysis and resolution.
3. Investigate and respond to technical issues reported by customers.
4. Develop prototypes and wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
5. Conduct functional testing to ensure quality and usability.

Technical Requirements

1. Knowledge and experience working with APIs and their impact on
   - end development.
2. Familiarity with i
   OS and Android systems, both professionally and as a user.
3. Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design software.

Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications
