Do you have the skills?

• Experience in functional analysis, designing solutions that meet business requirements, regulatory standards, and internal architecture guidelines
• Strong knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), data modeling (logical and conceptual), and interface design (screens, receipts, files, system integrations)
• Skilled in functional analysis techniques: stakeholder interviews, actor identification, UML, and system interaction mapping
• Ability to support and collaborate with
  - functional teams: Business, Development, Testing, Customer Support, and Operations
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written
