We are looking for a Functional Application Support for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).
Scope: Technician Application Support mission is to provide functional and technical support to users of the several applications. Ensure
-
- day quality of service of production environments by resolving incidents, answering requests and monitoring production environments; coordination with other levels of support (ADM, Production, others). In addition, it will be required to provide feedback to Operations and Management and communicate on issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution.
- Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support.
- Processes requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc. ).
- Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones.
Requirements:
- + 3 years of experience.
- Practice with Service
Now. - Knowledge of SQL/My
SQL. - Fluency in English.
- French notions is nice to have.
