How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide consulting, project management, and quality assurance services that support our clients' digital transformation journeys;
• Support our systems by managing user inquiries, resolving workflow issues, and performing key System Administration tasks;
• Drive the entire lifecycle of the apps, including business process reengineering and transformation, establishing key features and system specifications, and overseeing usability and testing;
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our services, ensuring the optimal delivery solutions;
• Create and maintain resource documents;
• Deliver training sessions that empower users and enhance adoption;
• Present engaging product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Who Thrives in This Role:

• Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
• Demonstrates proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
  Point, and Project Management software;
• Has up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, customer support, or
  - related fields;
• Holds a Pedagogical Skills Certification (CCP) — preferred;
• Holds a Project Management Certification — preferred;
• Brings initiative, autonomy, accountability, curiosity, and a positive, proactive attitude to the team;
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English;
• Excited to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives and passionate about technology;
• Open to participating in international projects and available to travel if required.
