Position: Functional Consultant

Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze and formalize client requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead workshops and training sessions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Supervise or execute solution configuration and parameterization.
• Coordinate and validate specific developments with technical teams.
• Oversee testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance.
• Ensure smooth deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Transfer knowledge through documentation, training, and operational guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, support, and hosting teams.
• Contribute to product evolution by sharing relevant business insights.
• Enrich internal knowledge bases and maintain expertise in your functional domain.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in functional consulting within Saa
  S, ERP, EDI, or B2B environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead client‑facing sessions and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with solution configuration, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Fluency in English and working capacity in French (additional languages are a plus).
