About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will lead integrations design workshops, gather requirements from clients, write functional design documents, support developers, perform unit testing, and
- up the testing team by reviewing test scripts.

• 5+ years of experience in functional designing
• Experienced in leading design workshops
• Success
  Factors EC functional background
• Lead integrations design workshops to gather requirements from clients or internal stakeholders
• Write functional design documents, obtain client
  - off, support developers by clarifying requirements
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams for seamless integration
• Strong communication skills and a
  - oriented mindset
• English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Available to start immediately
• Living in Portugal
• Effective or B2B contract, it's up to you
