Job Description:

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial, and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to implementation project activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee the development of new functionality.
• Create Process Design Documents and Functional Design Documents (under supervision).
• Configure the system.
• Perform and support test cycles to ensure the final product meets requirements.
• Provide training to key users.
• Support the creation and execution of the
  - over plan.
• Provide Hyper-Care support during the predefined period.
• Create and update relevant project documentation.
• Provide 3rd level support.
• Support Data Migration processes, including documentation, data mapping, defect resolution, and validation.
• Work under the supervision of the Team Lead and Stream Solution Architect.

Requirements:

• Over five years of experience with SAP or similar in a
  - on project environment.
• Expertise in SAP PP module and architecture.
• Experience with greenfield, brownfield, and rollout projects, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies.
• Extensive SAP configuration experience, including workflows, validation rules, and security.
• Design experience for SAP software components.
• Experience integrating SAP with other business systems and using integration tools.
• Understanding of environment management, release management, versioning, and deployment.
• Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal or automotive.
• College or university degree in IT or Business or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of customizing and ABAP debugging.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Driving license.
