We are now looking for a Functional Application Support, willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

For this position you need to have residency in Porto (Portugal)

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar;
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience as a Functional Support;
• Good knowledge of banking applications and business processes;
• Strong understanding of transaction processing and data capture;
• Experience with Service
  Now and ITIL practices;
• Basic knowledge of Ansible is a plus;
• Fluent level of Portuguese and English; French is a plus.
