Fund Manager (C2C) at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services

What you’ll do
Summary: Three of SAP’s large customers have started their “RISE with SAP” transformations and tasked SAP with moving their businesses to the cloud. As part of this transformation, approximately 150 productive landscapes must be moved to Azure and AWS. In parallel to the migration, these customers are also undergoing their SAP S/4HANA transformations to become Intelligent Enterprises. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative, cultural, and performing team which is dedicated to driving the ECS private Cloud adoption of these three large, profile customers.
The Role: As a C2C Fund Manager (f/m/d) for these large strategic RISE accounts, you work closely with the Client Delivery Managers (CDMs), who are responsible for building a solid customer relationship, driving end customer engagement, and managing overall project/program delivery according to planned scope, financial plan, and milestones.
Commit to consume (C2C) refers to commercial models which combine Fund and Overage. The customer commits to a fixed spend amount (Fund) for an agreed contract duration, but is free to flexibly use the included materials list (e. g. , which material, which quantity). If the committed Fund amount is fully consumed the customer can continue usage without closing a new contract, but will be charged extra for any overage (overage fees).
Your focus will be on the commercial aspects, creating and reviewing balance sheets and funds, aligning them with the CDMs and customers. You will provide reports and input for forecasting and planning. You will validate (planned/should) data in systems such as CDL and DED to verify
- is conditions and manage changes. You will also support in driving the planning of builds, decommissioning, and overall infrastructure changes (internally and with the customer).
The role requires a close working relationship with the customer to manage delivery with strong connections to global and virtual SAP teams.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in one of the following areas: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Controlling.
- 5+ years professional experience.
- Very good MS Excel skills along with a penchant for correctness, accuracy and a love for technical details.
- Ability to understand

- end processes, patterns and connections, with the innate interest to dive deeply into topics to detect misalignments and investigate potential solutions. - First experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services as employee, consultant, customer or partner and first knowledge in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services internal tooling such as DED, PQA, SPC, CLD would be an asset.
- First knowledge/experience in Commit-to-Consume process is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a bonus.
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients.
Optional
To provide the right level of service and to cope with the complexity and the specialties of our clients, a dedicated team was established within Enterprise Cloud Services Region MEE to work for these customers only. The goal of this team is to operate the entire customer SAP landscape and drive innovation adoption.
