We are in constant transformation and looking for a
- motivated, proactive, and flexible Funds Analyst to join our Funds team in Lisbon .

What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Execution of subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfer orders, and bookings for mutual, hedge funds and private equity;
• Processing of exchanges, switches, plus any other fund related events;
• Setup and Pricing of fund securities;
• Payment issuance for fund related transactions;
• Investigation of events, liaison with Transfer Agents;
• Reconciliation;
• Transaction status reporting for internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Availability to work night shift (14h till 23h);
• 1 to 3 years proven experience in Banking;
• Knowledge of Excel and Power
  Point;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong attention to details;
• Challenger attitude;
• Experience in Funds (Mutual, Hedge Funds and Private Equity) is a plus;
• SWIFT knowledge is a plus.
