We are in constant transformation and looking for a
- motivated, proactive, and flexible Senior Analyst , focused on Mutual & Hedge Funds , to join our Funds team in Lisbon.

What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Order execution and general bookings for Mutual & Hedge Funds;

Processing of
- related events;

Setup and pricing of Mutual & Hedge Funds securities;

Payment issuance for Mutual & Hedge Funds-related transactions;

Investigation of events and liaison with fund administrators;

Reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies;

Transaction status reporting for internal stakeholders;

Support in process improvement initiatives and documentation.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Funds;

Knowledge of Excel and Power
Point;

Fluent in English;

Strong attention to details;

Challenger attitude;

Organization and planning skills;

Experience with Mutual & Hedge Funds is a plus ;

SWIFT knowledge is a plus.
