About the role

We are hunting for a creative,
- driven Funnel Builder and Ads Manager to drive our network's growth by connecting us with the most influential movers and shakers in real estate. If you have a proven track record of designing
- converting funnels and running profitable paid social campaigns, we want you.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize
  - converting sales funnels—from landing pages and lead magnets to application pages and
  - up sequences.
• Strategically create, manage, and scale ad campaigns specifically on Facebook (Meta) and Linked
  In to drive qualified traffic to your funnels.
• Develop compelling ad copy and imagery/video concepts that resonate specifically with
  -
  - worth real estate agents, brokers, and team leaders.
• Implement rigorous A/B testing on all funnel components (creatives, copy, CTAs) to continuously improve CPA and conversion rates.
• Provide clear, actionable performance reports, identifying trends and making
  - backed recommendations for scaling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building entire marketing funnels (from traffic source to final conversion).
• Expert proficiency in running and managing profitable campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Linked
  In Ads Manager.
• Strong portfolio or examples of creative ad copy and funnel concepts that drove conversions.
• Familiarity with modern funnel builders (e. g. , Go
  High
  Level, Click
  Funnels) and CRM/Email automation tools.
• Obsessed with metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate) and let data guide decisions.
