FX Trade Support Analyst

- In the context of the GMO organization, and of BNPP client‑centric strategy, the Support officer aims to accompany the continuous enhancement of the quality of services provided to our clients, notably post‑trade services. It is its role and responsibility to support the Front‑Office (FX Sales Assistants) in their daily tasks (post‑trade processes), in the most timely and efficient manner
Your Main Activities Are
- Responsible for ensuring that all trades are split and allocated correctly and in a timely manner by processing the necessary Block / Splits in the respective systems
- Ensure any trades booked on a Dummy Booking code are resolved and correctly booked within 24 hours
- Ensure all Client Static Data is kept up to date:
- By passing any new or updated information to the New
Funds / On‑boarding Teams - By performing ad‑hoc reconciliations of our records against those of the Clients
- By passing any new or updated information to the New
- Process all FX Novations, ensuring that:
- The Novation Protocol is followed at all times
- All internal checks in Val Risk, Collateral and P&L are completed in a timely manner
- Work in close collaboration with the Lisbon FX SATA Team
- Respect fundamental risk concepts
- Contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
- Attend relevant training courses to maintain appropriate regulatory, products and technical skills
