Your responsibilities and impact as a Gaming Customer Advisor will be:

Supporting players by providing
- class customer service via phone, email, and chat

Identifying and resolving technical or
- related issues

Ensuring a high level of player satisfaction and loyalty

Accurately recording data in the CRM system

Providing
- hoc support for specific projects

Collaborating as a team player to contribute to the project’s success

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native-level German speaker with at least B2 English

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Attentive listening, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions

Proactive, reliable, and motivated to deliver excellence

Team spirit and willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 am – 10 pm (8h/day + 1h break), rotational schedule

Salary package (two options):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

Relocation support for international candidates:

Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

Airport
- up upon arrival

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)

Support with paperwork, opening a bank account, and local integration
