Job Description:

Are you passionate about gaming and fluent in Ukrainian and proficient in
English? Join a global project dedicated to one of the worlds leading video game console brands. We are hiring enthusiastic and
- savvy individuals to join our Customer Service team in Lisbon, providing
- tier support to players across the Ukrainian market.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for gamers. You will assist users with account issues, payment concerns, software and hardware support, and general product inquiries, ensuring a
- class customer experience every time.

Your Daily Tasks
-You will provide support via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian and English
-You will troubleshoot account and technical issues such as software installation and device syncing
-You will assist with
- related queries
-You will advise customers on purchases and product features
-You will deliver empathetic and efficient service in line with brand standards

Training and Onboarding
The training period lasts 15 working days,
- time, 8 hours per day, and is conducted in English
The training includes product knowledge, software tools, communication guidelines, and live practice
Training is paid upon successful completion

Working Hours
You will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with an additional 1-hour break
The schedule follows a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 (Portuguese time)

Requirements
-Fluency in Ukrainian (C2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher)
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Interest in gaming and technology
-EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
