Your responsibilities and impact as Gaming Specialist Back Office will be:

• Helping gamers overcome challenges and progress through levels
• Advising users on
  - related questions and best practices
• Solving installation issues and fixing bugs to ensure a smooth experience
• Handling account and
  - related queries
• Providing assistance via chat or email
• Staying updated on the latest developments in the gaming industry
• Ensuring a
  - quality customer experience and satisfaction

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level French with a good command of English
• Customer service orientation and
  - solving mindset
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence
• Open-minded and eager to work in a multicultural environment
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: Long-term

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts between 6:00 and 22:00
• Salary options:
  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month
