What is this challenge about

• Lead a team of approximately 5 people;

• Gather requirements and work closely with business and technical stakeholders;

• Define and implement Gen
AI architectures;

• Translate business needs into technical solutions;

• Lead the
-
- end implementation of generative AI solutions;

• Ensure best practices in quality, security, observability, and scalability;

• Support technology decisions and monitor performance, cost, and solution quality.

Does it sound exciting?

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in technical leadership of engineering teams;

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures, including:

LLMs, embeddings/vectorization, RAG, agents, and orchestration;

• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and AI pipelines;

• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and Data
Ops practices;

• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and deployment;

• Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as:

Open
AI, Azure Open
AI, Databricks;

Lang
Chain, Llama
Index;

Agent frameworks and Gen
AI pipelines;

• Strong understanding of security and compliance, including prompt management, log auditing, sensitive data protection, and access control policies;
