- code/low-code platform that enables brands to automate complex processes within incredibly short timeframes, helping organizations supercharge digital transformation strategies.

We're looking for a Generative AI Data Analyst with a focus on enhancing our chatbot and voicebot solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving AI interactions and making digital communication feel more human. You'll work on refining the conversational abilities of our AI by testing, iterating, and optimizing prompts and knowledge bases.

What You’ll Do

• Iteratively
  - tune Gen
  AI prompts and parameters and adjust knowledge bases to enhance conversation quality and user experience.
• Perform data cleansing and data quality analysis over project/client data.
• Apply basic Python skills for data analysis and solutions testing.
• Collaborate with the AI team to implement changes that improve bot performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough testing of our chatbot and voicebot solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and interaction data to guide your optimization efforts.
• Ensure our bots' language capabilities are inclusive, accurate, and culturally relevant, with particular emphasis on English and Spanish.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years minimum of experience in a data analyst role and an academic degree in a Computer Science field, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative
  - solving approach.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data handling and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across different departments.
• Passion for AI and a
  - centric approach to technology development.
• Experience with chatbot or voicebot platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Spanish highly desirable.
