We are looking for a Gen
AI Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Gen
  AI solutions, from development to production.
• Implement generative AI strategies for predictive and prescriptive solutions.
• Explore new opportunities for applying generative AI in various areas of client.
• Contribute to the evolution of cloud infrastructures with a focus on AI.
• Autonomous development of Gen
  AI-based applications (Open
  AI, AI Search).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Machine Learning solutions, Generative AI, or related areas;
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills;
• Advanced knowledge of integrating generative AI with cloud infrastructures;
• Ability to develop and implement
  - scale generative AI strategies.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Demonstrable experience building applications with Large Language Models on Microsoft Azure ecosystem, namely
  - 4o and o3; Knowledge of Gemini 2. 5 Pro and Claude 3. 7 Sonnet a plus.
• Experience using Azure AI Services for TTS (eg Eleven
  Labs), STT (Whisper-large-v3), STS (gpt-4o-mini-realtime-preview, Azure Document Intelligence for OCR and Embeddings (text-embedding-3-small and/or
  -
  - 3-large).
• Deep understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and principles.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, specifically Lang
  Chain and Lang
  Graph.
• Backend API development using Fast
  API.
• Knowledge of Guardrails for content safety and Lang
  Fuse for observability, evaluation and feedback.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud: Proven experience developing and deploying applications on Azure.
• Dev
  Ops & MLOps: Proficiency with Docker for containerizing applications, Azure Container Registry as a plus; Experience deploying applications to multiple environments (e. g. , dev, production) on Azure; Familiarity with CI/CD principles and scripting for automation, namely Git
  Hub Actions; Secrets management using Azure Key Vault, Git
  Hub and Hashi
  Corp Vault.
• Fluency in English.
