We’re looking for a Gen
AI Engineer to join our Clients core engineering team developing a
- generation AI Agent platform for the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services in Python (Fast
  API/Flask) for AI Agent orchestration and LLM workflows.
• Implement automated testing (unit + integration) with pytest;
  
  ensure observability through logs, metrics, and traces.
• Integrate and manage AWS IAM/Cognito authentication and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Collaborate within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Document architectural decisions, technical patterns, and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience with Python 3. X and frameworks such as Fast
  API or Flask.
• Strong testing skills (pytest, mocks, fixtures, integration testing).
• Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, Cognito, OAuth2/OIDC, and JWT.
• Comfortable working with Git, Agile practices, and CI/CD tools (Git
  Hub Actions, Git
  Lab, Jenkins).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, and Docker;
  
  Graph
  QL is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese (C1) + good command of English (B2+).

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services (risk, compliance, audit).
• Familiarity with Lang
  Chain, Llama
  Index, Open
  AI SDK, or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch,
  - learn).
